- About Me:
- I am a 6'7" artist who does not play basketball(ha ha). I am married and I have 3 step children(19,18,and16). I am very proud to be their stepdad.They are really fun to be around. I was diagnosed with MS in 2001 and I have not been doing as much art as I wouid like to. MS affects my vision,balance and depth perception. Basically all the tools I need to be creative along with a few other symptoms(like sensitivity to heat). But I still try and I keep pushing forward. I'm not going to let this illness defeat me, there's still alot to do. I have a wide variety of interest so I try to reflect that in my artwork. Most of the work I do is pencil but I am also teaching myself to paint and sculpt. I would also like to learn pottery. Animals,people,cars,sports, you name it and I'll probably be in to it. I mostly enjoy the female figure and animals.I am not that good at portraits though. My art career began in the 1st grade when I drew a picture of my principal back home in Louisiana. He told me keep at it and that one day I will be a great artist. I still have no formal art training but I do have an education in computer animation. I'm still interested in 3D work but I am much more comfortable doing traditional artwork though. Most the art that you will see here is from high-school(1993 )up until now.
