This article brought back memories of an exhibit I saw in LA from Russia (Hermitage). I travelled 100's of miles to see it. I saw work I could not have seen if Russia had not allowed the work to travel. There were rooms of Mattise, Cezzane, Gauguin, etc. I'm glad I had the chance to see the work.

What's the Scoop?
